The Kenai River Interact, the 12-18 year old, youth program of Soldotna Rotary Club has had a busy year! They believe strongly in service above self.
October 14, 2018 - Cannery Road Beach Cleanup; About twenty people showed up to help, took about 2-3 hours, picked up over 520 pounds of trash
November 22, 2018 - Salvation Army Thanksgiving; About twenty members showed up to help, took about an hour, had our picture taken and on the front page of the Peninsula Clarion stating who the Interact club is
February 14, 2019 - Valentine's Day Grams; Interact is making goody bags and cards to give to families and the senior centers to get our name out there and say have a good holiday
March 28, 2019 - Interact will be helping the Blood Drive when it comes to Kenai Central High School
Sometime April, possibly - Shelter Box Fundraiser
